Rush delivery for stocked grates is available. Cost depends on travel distance.

Custom grates are limited to the areas indicated in the area indicted here.

We will gladly accept your personal check or payment via Zelle.

If you prefer to use a card, we accept all major credit/debit cards with a 2.5% processing fee.

Metal wells: In new construction, most grates are available in stock. If your size is less common, we can special order. If your home is in a more established neighborhood, your home may have sizes that are no longer commonly used. We will need to order them. Lead time will depend on sizes needed.

Concrete/Custom: As of July 2023, our average lead time is about 8 weeks. We strive to under promise and over deliver and over 95% of our projects are delivered ahead of schedule. Materials, transportation, and labor shortages have affected projects since January 2020.

Unfortunately, with custom work, delays can and sometimes do happen. We keep you updated throughout the process.
